Terms of use: divdio Sheets for Excel
Last updated 2026-10-27.
These terms are an agreement between you and TBD: the Australian Pty Ltd's registered name (chapter 4 §5.10) ("divdio", "we"), Australia, for your use of the divdio Sheets for Excel add-in. If you use it for an organisation, you accept them for that organisation. If your organisation has a separate agreement with divdio for a divdio workspace, that agreement governs the workspace and the data in it.
Using the add-in
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the add-in in Microsoft Excel, free of charge. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the add-in except as the law allows, use it to break the law or anyone's rights, or interfere with the services it connects to.
Your workbooks
Your workbooks and their content stay yours. The add-in reads and changes them only as the privacy policy describes and only when you ask it to. Fixes are ordinary Excel edits; you are responsible for reviewing them before you save or share a workbook.
No warranty
The add-in is provided "as is". Scan, Lint and Assertions help you find problems; they do not guarantee that a workbook is correct, complete or free of confidential information. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties not stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the add-in, and our total liability under these terms is limited to AU$100.
Ending
You can stop using the add-in at any time by removing it. We may change or withdraw the add-in, or end your licence if you break these terms. We will announce a material change to these terms on this page before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
